Bill Blount, one of the original founders of the FSAS is currently employed by the University of South Florida as the Professor Emeritus of the Criminology Department. Bill and Chuck Rabaut usually greet students at the orientation at the Annual School and provide a brief history of the FSAS. Bill takes immense pride in serving the students of the FSAS and enjoys participating on committees that plan fun festivities for our students.
