A credentialing authority can invoke such denial of approval even though the course subject material was acquired from two different sources. If the course subject material from two or more sources is essentially the same content and level, credits may be denied. If you have any doubt or questions in this regard, you are encouraged to check with your specific credentialing authority for ruling before enrolling in a given course with FSAS.
