The FSAS is honored to welcome Henry Singleton to our 2012 Annual School which will be held at Springfield College, School of Human Services at The Atrium in Tampa, Florida. He is scheduled to instruct Professional Ethics, a Sunday Workshop, and Tactical Visioning, a 10-Hour course offered on Wednesday and Thursday, July 18-19, 2012.

Professional Ethics

This Sunday Workshop will focus on professional ethics in the counseling relationship, understanding confidentiality, priviledged communication, and Privacy. This workshop will explore issues in professional competence, ethical decision making in supervision, training, and teaching.

Tactical Visioning

Students attending this 10 hour course will understand characteristics of primary and second stage recovery participants, understand historical and therapeutic contexts of the use of imagery, explore scientific and spiritual perspectives of imagery, and develop basic skill in the use of imagery in the counseling relationship. Students will also learn to use the experiences of reminiscing and storytelling as a format for discussion and change in the recovery process.
